Question 1 of 9

When a boundary needs to be set (like saying no to a demanding work task or draining family/social event) how do you typically react?

A

I say yes and swallow my truth. I choose to over-work and perform at 110% rather than risk looking incapable or out of my depth to others

B

I say yes because the thought of letting people down or facing potential rejection triggers a deep subconscious fear of abandonment in side of me

C

I feel like I shut down or passively accept it, feeling a low-key sense of sadness and helplessness, then find myself venting or over-shopping later to make myself feel better

Question 2 of 9

Complete this sentence honestly: "On the outside, my life looks successful and held together well, but on the inside.."

A

..I am completely exhausted, existing under a mask of constant pressure and disconnected from who I actually am away from my roles as a partner, parent, employee, friend, carer etc

B

..I actually feel invisible, emotionally abandoned, like my life is spent carrying the weight of everyone else but myself, and there is no one to help carry my weight

C

..I feel a real numbness or flatness, like I am spiritually starved of true meaning, presence, and genuine joy

Question 3 of 9

You finally get 30 minutes of completely uninterrupted stillness on a Sunday afternoon. What happens inside your body and mind?

A

I instantly feel restless and guilty. My mind immediately starts planning my next task. When I'm not "doing", I feel lost, empty and unproductive

B

I try to rest, but anxiety will take over me. I feel like I should be doing something for my family or partner right now

C

A profound, heavy ache as if something is missing. I will pick up my phone and start scrolling or snack to distract myself from being in silence

Question 4 of 9

Think about the biggest goals or dreams you are currently chasing. What is the honest, underlying driving force?

A

The desire to achieve something or get validation. If I stop achieving things/milestones, I'm secretly afraid that I won't matter anymore

B

The need to keep everyone around me happy, safe, and taken care of. I feel like my worth depends entirely on being needed by others

C

I actually don't know anymore, I feel like I'm just going through the motions on autopilot, desperately searching for a "missing piece" to make life exciting and fun again

Question 5 of 9

When you feel a heavy wave of emotion, like a sudden drop in mood, sadness or past memories, what is your immediate coping response?

A

I often bury it in work or household duties. I respond with my logic mind, and keep moving fast so that the feeling can't catch up with me

B

I ignore it completely and focus on fixing someone else's crisis. I convince myself that my feelings are not important enough to stop or slow down for. Keep it moving, it's a great distraction

C

I feel my energy dipping and sometimes get stuck here. I isolate myself, open an app or scroll on my phone, or look for an external fix to disguise the pain.

Question 6 of 9

When you strip away your roles and responsibilities (your labels), how connected do you feel to your own inner guidance or higher self?

A

I mostly rely on logic and my thoughts or emotions. Inner guidance and higher self are unfamiliar terms to me, so not something I have ever given much thought if im honest

B

I feel more tuned into other people's needs and emotions than my own. My sense of meaning often comes from being there for others, not from an inner connection to myself

C

I feel a kind of spiritual numbness. I feel like I am searching for something deeper, but often feel flat, disconnected or unsure what I actually believe, confused.com!

Question 7 of 9

When there is no one around and no one needing anything from you, how do you naturally turn to yourself and your self-care needs?

A

That's rare as I struggle to slow down. I usually fill the space with work, planning or "being productive". Rest and self-care feel uncomfortable and/or undeserved

B

I end up thinking about what/how I can do more for others. I might tidy, cook, or check in on someone. Caring for myself feels selfish or unfamiliar

C

I often feel empty or lost. I scroll, snack, or escape into media/TV to avoid the silence. I know I need deeper self-care, but I don't know where to start

Question 8 of 9

When you imagine a version of you that nobody is judging, scoring or depending on, how liberating does that feel?

A

I find it hard to imagine that version of me. I'm so used to measuring myself by goals, achievements, and other people's feedback, that just "being me" feels almost impossible to picture

B

I immediately think about whether that version of me is still helpful and kind. If I'm not needed, I'm not sure who I am without everyone else

C

It's a blurry image. Part of me longs for a deeper, more soulful life, but it feels distant, like a daydream I can't quite step into

Question 9 of 9

How does spirituaity or self-connection show up in your regular week (if at all)?

A

It rarely shows up at all. I might tell myself I'll slow down once "I've done enough", but that moment never really comes as I tend to just keep busy

B

I might pray, hope, or send good energy.. mostly for other people. It's easier to ask for support for them than to focus on myself

C

I dip in and out of practices, podcasts/YT or books, always searching for "the thing" that will make me feel alive again, but nothing seems to get me that excited, or if it does, it only lasts for a short time
